Dental Tips
The following tips can help you manage your oral health and keep your smile looking brilliant.

- Brush your teeth at least twice daily.
- Use a fluoride containing toothpaste to help properly cleanse your mouth.
- Short back and forth strokes are the most effective for brushing your teeth.
- Be sure to brush the insides and chewing surfaces of your teeth.
- At least 2 minutes of brushing is ideal every time you brush.
- Brush your tongue!
- Change your toothbrush about every 3 months or when the edges start bowing out.
- Floss between teeth to remove hard to reach particles.
- Mouthwash may help to remove any remaining bacteria.
- See your dentist at least once a year for a cleansing and evaluation.
